Elizabeth grew up in Australia. After obtaining her first degree, BA (Hons) in languages, she worked in various fields and acquired a variety of skills.

 

After some years she decided to follow her dream of becoming a composer. She resumed piano lessons, and began Music Theory and Composition. At this time, she moved to the UK.

 

In 2017 she obtained the degree of MMus (Composition) from the London College of Music, one of the Schools of the University of West London. She is currently a PhD candidate, Music Composition, at Cardiff University and expects to submit a portfolio of work in 2023.

 

She has always been interested in Nature and Wildlife and has drawn inspiration from this. She recently recorded some bird song and has used this for ‘and breathe’, a Soundscape.
